An inventory of what this site gathers, how it uses it, and what it deliberately does not track. Effective 2026-09-20.

The quote tool

Quotes require gender, birth date, how you'd rate your health, tobacco status, desired benefit size, and preferred term. This data goes to the carrier platform's quoting engine and is returned immediately; we do not retain it ourselves. Seeing quotes requires no name, home address, phone, or email. Identical requests within a brief window may skip the carrier's engine and pull from a temporary cache instead.

Applying

Opting to apply means your quote information populates a secure form on the carriers' platform, where you then continue under that system's separate terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), coordinates the complete process.

The contact form

Messages need your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred way to hear back, what your message is about, and the message itself. The form sends it by email to the agency, using your email to reply. We do not store messages here, maintain a database of submissions, or log what people write. A brief check against spam happens in your browser right before sending.

Measurement

We track page visits using first-party analytics, no cookies, from our own servers. No tracking cookies or browser identifiers are written to your device. Your IP is partially redacted before storage. Referrer strings are stripped from requests. Raw logs expire after 90 days. Any browser sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals is entirely omitted.

What we do not do

Your data is not sold, rented, or handed to marketers. We do not embed ad-tracking pixels or analytics from other vendors. The sole external code running here is the carrier application system, which only runs if you land on the apply page.
